This grade depends on how much you have actively participated in the Stock Market Contest.

This grade depends on how well you pay your bills and balance your checkbook.
Checks and Checkbook registers are due Monday 4/30
- This will be assessed on a scale of 0 - 10.
- You will get a 9, 9.5 or a 10 if you come to class on time and get to work.
- Respect the teacher by not talking while the teacher is giving direction to the class.
- In general being a cooperative, hardworking student.

- You will be assessed less than 10 if you do not show up to class on time and ready to work.
- Are constantly talking in class while teacher is talking, giving directions and giving instruction.
- Are generally non cooperative, do not work hard in class and interfere with the instruction of other students.
- If I have to constantly call out your name and tell you to be quiet while I am speaking - you can bet you will not get a good grade here.
- Also students who are consistently late and/or consistently absent receive a lower grade here. If you are absent more than 5 or so times in one marking period, that is to much, and it will be noted on the comment section of your report card. There are 6 marking periods a year; 5 absences times 6 marking periods = 30 absences a year. Try that in the real world and you won't have a job. No sympathy for that many absences. I've called in sick maybe 2 or 3 times in 15 years.
