Mao and The Chinese Communist Revolution
  • Your job is to create a power point presentation on the above topic.

1.) What happened during the Civil War in China? Who won and who did the US and the USSR support?
2.) Who was Mao Zedong and what was his relationship with the Chinese peasants? Did they like him? What did Mao do for them?
3.) What was "The Great Leap Forward"? Was it a good thing?
4.) What was "The Cultural Revolution"? Was it a good thing?
